Question 1
How is your past role applicable to a consultant job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at netlogx (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process was fairly unprofessional. They were sometimes unresponsive for a lengthy amount of time. I interviewed with 5 different people, 1 of which was in person. A lot of the interview content was focused around if I could handle a stressful work environment. I had to do an skills assessment and also an activity relating to the work I would do: scribing meetings. I had to listen to a recording, take notes, capture action items, and organize the notes as I saw fit based on a recording. It made little sense as I was given no direction. The assessment was given to me through email.
