Interview had 3 phases. First was the call with HR, then a meeting with hiring manager and lastly preparing a case, that was presented to a couple of team members.

The process was like this. 1. Short call with HR: It was a discussion about the position and my background 2. Case study assignment (3hours to return) 3. 1 on 1 interview with the future manager: It was more focusing on how I approached the assignment rather than my actual work experience.
