Initial phone screen with HR was standard -- explain your previous work experience, what you want in a new role, etc. The problem comes later, when seoClarity expects a full blown presentation. This company is one of many nowadays that mines job seekers for free work. One of the people during my presentation clearly could not look up from their phone the entire time. Just rude all around. Don't waste your time -- seoClarity wants to use people for free knowledge transfers. Beware.
