Three-round interview process:
1. Phone call with the Talent Acquistion Manger (this was not scheduled in advance). This was a standard first round call in my experience. I was asked high-level questions about my professional experience and why I had applied, if I was ok with the salary range they were offering, and if I was comfortable with the work set-up (remote at the time). I was then tasked with preparing a power-point presentation on a blog post about SEO.
2. The second call was the presentation, with the VP of Client Success and a Sr. Client Success Manager. I gave my presentation, they asked a few questions and then the call was ended.
3. The third call was a remote interview with the same VP of Client Success and a Sr. Client Success Manager. They asked standard questions about my previous professional experience, collaboration style, and time managment skills.
I did find it challenging to prep the presentation for the 2nd round interview, but the talent manager told me later I could have asked for more time if it didn't fit in my schedule.
I only rate this interview as difficult because the very entry-level pay that was being offered for this role is not really commensurate with the amount of prep work for that presentation. Which I suppose made it good prep for what one should expect as a staff member.
