The process was expected to include: 1. Recruiter call, 30 min 2. Hiring Manager / VP of AI, 30 min 3. VP of Product, Core 4. Case study preparation 5. Case study presentation I completed 3/5 stages. Overall, I had a very positive impression of the team and genuinely enjoyed the conversations. The company’s plans to build new 0-to-1 products for e-commerce also sounded interesting and ambitious. The only disappointing part was the closing of the process. After several conversations, I received a very generic rejection without any specific feedback or context. Overall, the team and product direction left a good impression, but the candidate experience would benefit from a more thoughtful feedback loop, especially for candidates who progress through multiple stages.
