I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at tkxel (Lahore) in May 2023
Interview
~ Onboarding HRs Rabeea Tanzeel(Main) & Adeela Tariq are very very Productive and Conductive - they are jet fast ~ 1st Step: Technical Test with 8-10 MCQS & 1 Programming Question:: 30 minutes -- Upon Clearing the Test, an Interview Call for 2nd Step will be given -- 2nd Step(1st Technical Interview): This is the main Technical Interview in which Job Description Related Questions, as well as basics, will be asked. Round of Questions with One Programming Qs & One DB Qs & One Analytical Qs -- Upon Clearing 1st Technical Interview, a Call for 2nd Technical Interview with Portfolio Manager followed by CTO Meeting will be given -- 3rd Step(2nd Technical Interview + Management Interview): Smaller Interview with Java Concepts and Basics. Sometimes these 2 interviews are merged and sometimes they are conducted separately. But the agenda is the same, and in Management Interviews they ask mostly why Tkxel and Basics are emphasized. Overall, I liked the process even if I wouldn't have succeeded. They were more than fair at each step, and the interview was not so difficult but not so easy. It was right. Interviewers at each step were very respectable and humble. Even Supportive and I really liked a meeting with CTO - because he gave me a constructive tough time and I liked his caliber.
