The interview process went really good. It felt more like a conversation than a formal process, which, in turn made it much less intimidating and helped put people at ease.

The interview is easy. 2 rounds: assignment and then simple interview about your old writings like in what type of niche you have writen. If you can show them samples, it will be a plus.
