Very strange management process. The first interview was conducted in groups, which already felt disorganized. I was shortlisted for a second-stage physical interview, but during the session, the interviewer was unprofessional and even scolded me without clear reason. The overall experience felt disrespectful and poorly managed.

They asked us to introduce ourselves in a group teams meeting.
Group of people interviewed together + watching video for like 1h. HR sound really really really tired tbh she sounds very dead. Theres 3 HR in the call. The whole process is average
