2 rounds of interview held for technical and management. The process is smooth. Final round is hr negotiation which also went smooth. Go for it. It's a growing organisation and values talent and working attitude

Attended the interview, the experience of interview is okay. Discussed many technical stuffs and managerial stuffs. Received clear answer of work expectation. After 3 weeks, received a call that I am selected and need to share some documents like salary slip, offer letter, bank statement. After this no answer, follow up calls but keep saying, you will get a call. This is totally unprofessional behavior. If they decided to reject then they can say it in words why keep avoiding. They are aware of my salary expectation, they should have not wasted my time if budget is concern, no need of taking interview and asking for my document. Happy to know about unprofessional behavior of this company well in advance. Not recommended!!
