What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage front desk operations and attend to walk-in visitors, guests, and employees with professionalism and a service-oriented approach
Handle emails and general enquiries promptly, ensuring timely and helpful responses
Coordinate visitor registrations, office access arrangements, and security protocols
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities including key card creation
Maintain accurate key management records and oversee the issuance or return of office keys
Manage lost and found processes, including logging items, safekeeping, and coordinating with employees or vendors for resolution
Provide administrative support across data entry, filing, document preparation, and workplace coordination tasks
Ensure reception areas, front-of-house spaces, and meeting rooms remain presentable, organized, and aligned with workplace standards
Assist with coordinating office events and activities that foster workplace culture and employee engagement
Work closely with the Facilities team and client stakeholders to support seamless office operations
Manage multiple requests during peak periods while maintaining composure and professionalism
Support daily office needs including pantry supplies, office equipment requests, and ad-hoc operational activities
Oversee mailroom operations including office supplies, letters, and key card storage
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Receptionist, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administrative roles
Professional, presentable demeanor with exceptional customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels
Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Demonstrated proactive approach, sense of responsibility, punctuality, and strong teamwork orientation
Willingness to learn and adapt within a corporate office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in hospitality, hotel, or service-oriented environments
Familiarity with visitor management systems and key card administration
Basic understanding of workplace operations, office etiquette, and facilities coordination
Ability to remain calm and composed during busy hours or challenging situations
