Responsibilities

• Support the compliance team in conducting compliance training and regular compliance reviews across various business units to ensure ongoing adherence to internal control frameworks and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor developments and provide guidance to business units on compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act), best practices and industry standards.
• Contribute to firm-wide compliance projects and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations.
• Assist with other compliance-related duties and projects as assigned.
