    I have been working at Autodesk full-time

    Pros

    Very good benefits, practices good company culture like open door policy and always open for employees’ feedback whether they are positive or negative. Singapore office has a friendly vibe and good office facility. Staff are welcoming and professionals. Overall, working in the company is a great experience and learning.

    Cons

    “ Some” managers need to be more understanding and not only up for numbers. Need to be fair to its employees and should understand that different markets have different characteristics, weakness and strengths. So long as the an employee is doing its best practices , there should no fear of losing their job.

    Advice to Management

    Be more understanding that sales is not just numbers. Deals take time to close but so long as pipeline is strong, that should be considered.
