CYIOS Snapshot
CYIOS is a holding company for two operating subsidiaries. The first, which has the same name as the parent company and is referred to as CYIOS DC, is a provider of information technology (IT) systems integration services for agencies within the Department of Defense. The second subsidiary, CKO, offers an online office management software product called XO Office software. The company had previously provided telecommunications services as WorldTeq, but has ceased those operations. CEO Tim Carnahan owns 67% of the company.
