Interactive Technology Solutions (ITSolutions) provides IT services to commercial and government customers from offices in Maryland, New York, and Virginia, as well as project management and strategic planning services. Clients include Booz Allen Hamilton, the General Services Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, and Marriott International. The company won a contract from the Food and Drug Administration, worth up to $111 million over five years, to provide technical support for the FDA's desktop PCs and network servers, remote access over dial-up and broadband connections, and VoIP telephony. ITSolutions, founded in 2001, was acquired in 2009 by Snow Phipps Group, a New York-based private equity firm.
