The Rygor Group puts its show on the road. Through franchises in southern England, the company's Rygor Commercials unit sells Mercedes-Benz vans, minibuses, and light- and heavy-duty trucks to other businesses. It also offers optional parts and service contracts. Rygor's other subsidiary, Rygor Group Services, provides distribution, trailer rental, contract hire, and warehousing services for such major companies as The Coca-Cola Company and Whitbread, among others. Originally founded in 1961, the company is owned and operated by two generations of Rygors: Chairman Ted founded the company; son Barry is a director.
