- Chaotic management, calling delegate of manager to do anything starting from the interview stage until resigning - Support projects only as it's not a "vendor" company for the software (Development is given to software development companies and then the project is handed back over to _VOIS for "developers to support" instead of developing the software in-house from the beginning) - Software used for development purposes is limited on windows for "security" reasons, have to find a workaround - Internal websites / tools for employees provide terrible UX - Low-end laptops and not easy at all to switch - Noisy office with no dedicated place for a seat - Sitting idle for a long time - Learning curve is random, if one got lucky with a good project in a good team - Not getting access for a long time to do a very simple "development" task when it arises

I want to discuss a situation, it happened with me now at _VOIS. I got an offer from another company in last May, It very attractive salary and a new position as senior software developer. I told my manger and I shared the offer with him. My manager communicated with his manager and HR team to keep me in the company. My promotion and increasing salary are part of my retention, They will be effective at the end of July. I agreed and I decline the another offer as my manger promised me. Now in august, HR team send an interview test to me after two months. if I passed this interview then I will be promoted and salary increased next month. How it be fair ? If I move another company in July, I get a good salary. however my manger promised me that next month your salary will be increased. I'm very angry.
