      Pros

      Best company just to join and find a better job in middle east.

      Cons

      * Family owned company * Worst management * Still working on outdated technology, almost all software systems are legacy are piece of crap. * HR has no idea of Human Resource Management and is HR because of relationship with the company owner. * Seniors are useless and doesn't support juniors. * Lower salaries for new employees

      Pros

      The only benefit you can get while working in Bahrain is tax free salary. But again this has nothing to do with the company, as all companies offer tax free salary in Bahrain.

      Cons

      1. Worst management I have ever experienced 2. All Indian and Pakistanis are controlled by one east European like a watchman, who you can hear shouting all the time in the office. 3. Outdated tools and technologies 4. Family owned company and no professional management

      Honestly I don't find any pros in working for this company

      Cons

      Be careful about working for them!! They will give you the contract to sign after your relocation on the first day. At this time you have only option to sign the contract or go back home. Whatever they put in the contract, you have to sign!!! They try 'not to pay'' your due wages. They held my one week's wages. company culture is horrible, very long working hours and they try to trap and exploit the employees.
