Pros
If you like ownership and accountability this is the place to be. You can learn way more in an year than you would probably take >5 years in web2. It provides multiple opportunities and great learning experience. Also no hierarchy helps contribute more than if someone provides you direction all the time.
Cons
Work from office, but it is needed especially for the team coordination as though there are feature owners but there is flexibility with related to tasks so communication amongst employees is the key

Cons
Ceo and cto are mentally unstable and abusive. Don't join, if you join you're choosing to hurt your own career. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
