You are at the mercy of the customers, especially at the buy in counter. Customers can twist your words against you if there’s any problems, be very cautious as management will save themselves and not u. Friendly colleagues BUT when things get messy they will turn your back on u and act like nothing happens.

- some colleagues dont give chance to anyone else to do the POS systems, they get to stand at the counter all day and CHAT!! while nagging at the floor staff to organise stuff. hypocrites - the colleagues talk in malay, which excludes everyone else and is very unprofessional in front of customers - when i joined i was very excited to grow with the company but opportunities here are limited and nobody actually cares about marketing or how the store grows. working with people with no passion only kills your own zz
