Pros

Friendly environment with lots of room to grow. I work with a great team and enjoy being a part of the company. The management staff are down to earth and very knowledgeable.

Cons

We are given the chance to grow but I would prefer more guidance.

Pros

Most of the people Flexible with taking a morning/afternoon off Perks here and there

Training - I feel like I wasn't given enough time to really grasp each system with each client and as there are a vast amount of clients with bespoke aspects they require, this can take some time. I became micro-managed as I was taking longer to do my work load. I personally can't stand micro-management. There wasn't really much in the way of training. Just a basic booklet then chucked into the deep end after a week. Couldn't really take a colleague out of their role and sit down with them as there wasn't enough staff to cover. Emails are handled in a poor way. Expected to finish late every day as it was just too busy. There is no auto-response after a certain time. The working environment was okay then it became claustrophobic with the way the desks were set up.

Pros

Good product, majority of people that work there are helpful, smart, excellent facilities, interesting work

Cons

Management demand perfection, micro-management is all the rage here, it's their way or the highway. High turn over of staff.
