Pros
Great opportunity to interact with community, and good job security and benefits . Pay was also decent for what the job was, but was lower than requested after my start date.
Cons
I don’t recommend this place for more senior level technicians. Leadership wasn't connected to day to day operations. Upper management in TCF seems very political, so can be discouraging for advancement if you dislike that sort of environment.

Pros
The clients. They are what you work for and commit to. The benefits are good..... If you are single. Otherwise it's just as expensive as any other company. Great opportunities to learn and grow IT skills and be able to help those awesome non-profit clients. If you want to learn this is the palace to be.
Cons
Worst poor communication. However, prior to a change in leadership it was poor but manageable and clear in the end. Previously Communication would be shared with the whole team. When leadership changed everything changed to a corporate trickle down effect, which caused discourse. In the end the changes they made caused multiple (good) long term employees to quit over those changes.
