Pros
Real flat heirarachy. Company culture is focused on work, no office politics. Both the founders are humble and very much accesible. Salary structure is good and anything even remotely work related is reimbursed at actuals. People are extremely sharp and hard-working. pretty much feels like a bunch of freelancers working together. No login-logout timings, work whenever you want, just work within timelines. Sense of responsibility is high.
Cons
Work load is high on most days Somewhere the company lacks structure, you may need to go to founders for even small things. No seperate sick leaves, you only get 14 leaves each year.
