Pros
The work is genuinely interesting and varied - I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and technologies, which kept things engaging and helped me develop my skills. The teams are generally talented and committed, and there’s a strong sense of pride in the quality of the work delivered.
Cons
I strongly disagreed with the company’s return-to-office mandate. It felt driven more by ideology than by any demonstrable benefit to productivity or collaboration, and it negatively affected morale among those who valued flexibility. I also felt the company could do much more to support neurodivergent employees - there was limited understanding and few concrete measures in place to ensure an inclusive working environment.
