Business outlook
Pros
Friendly bunch of people including the higher ups who on the surface seemed to care and want whats best for you. Worked on alot of cute shows. Summer and Christmas parties. No overtime required (don't expect any pay if you do) Free vegan food if youre into that once a month (no meat allowed for some reason)
Cons
Working remotely you won't feel as part of the team as in house. Awful pay that is well below industry standard. Their 'diversity and inculsion' policies only applies to black people, LGBT and women, if you are a straight white man they don't want you and they get annoyed if you contact them about work, unless nobody from these DEI groups apply and they get desperate of course.
