Pros
Most floor staff are experts in their own fields with the skills and competencies to make the company a success
Cons
Poor reception to new ideas and strong resistance to compliance with regulations. Senior Management are "convinced against their will and of the same opinion still", so things do not change until staff walk out the door. Everything is left to the last minute with poor communication. Attracting staff from reputable institutions who quickly realise the error of their ways and leave. (High turnover) Staff expected to work all hours including weekends and have to fight to get their time-in-leiu.
