      Pros

      very low workload (due to a lack of direction given by higher ups)

      Cons

      Company hires people just to hit headcount for EDB benefits. Director have no direction and micromanages. Projects start and close down easily. Everything is controlled by China CEO, Singapore leaders do not have any say or power. HR department is unprofessional and unorganized.

      Work is very flexible and relaxing.

      Cons

      Company policy and leadership are very bad. Ex. can open a project without dip marketing searching and cause to the end is close the project and retrenched employee within 2 years.
