Rough and lacking administrative support (local office and outsourced Crew planning | Operations Command). Discriminative and inconsistent treatment between native (client airlines) and oursourced crew (us). Exploitative use of local labour laws and problematic terms in contract, to depress wages. Stagnated remuneration package has not kept up with the times, doesn’t support crew in current challenging living conditions.
