Pros
Friendly and fun employees, employers care about your well being and notice work ethic, flexible time off, great location, open to overtime but not demanding of it, sometimes opportunities to learn different jobs. Management is always willing to listen to concerns. Health and safety suggestions were addressed very promtply.
Cons
As with any shop, it can get loud, it can get dusty, and as with any customer-centric business, sometimes the customer dictates the rush. Can't really think of anything that made this place bad to work for.
