Great pay - great clients - great student program for upcoming BCBAs
Cons
No room for growth - extreme favoritism is displayed toward certain supervisors - robotic HR department - admin preaches 'cultural competency' while simultaneously not implementing it for their own staff - once you're no longer a student and have passed your exam, any opportunity to continue growing your skills is essentially gone. If you ask for help, admin essentially gaslights you and tells you that you just need to continue building on certain skills - but then absolutely no guidance or training is provided to help you build on those skills.
