      Pros

      Close-knit coworkers who are truly supportive and want to see you learn and succeed. Great benefits and amazing PTO and holidays. Very quiet office - can be nice and relaxing.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy for such a small organization, especially in terms of communications procedures. Lack of communications between departments.

      Everyone is nice. Chief of staff seems genuinely interested in hiring and keeping talent. The pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Office culture is stale. Noone really talks much and they have events to make works interact with each other. High Turnover Rate
