No work pressure, helpful colleagues. No late hours.
Cons
Experience form this organization is just a waste. No professional approach and environment. No career growth, Highly mismanaged management. Monopoly in policies and rules. No leaves (If u take one in a month, you have to compensate it on Sunday). No creativity and all round growth. Works on principle (More senior employee more burden on organization) Much higher attrition rate.
