      Great company to gain experience Balanced work environment Great team and overall a very positive team full of talented individuals Owner has an immense amount energy and be ready to keep up with her

      Be prepared to work under pressure and switch roles in a split second Plans will change in the last moment

      Pros

      Positive environment with lots of room to learn and grow, have been here for 4 years and don't ever plan on leaving. Company prides itself on creating a positive atmosphere where all employees are happy.

      Cons

      The negative reviews on here are from a disgruntled ex employee. Up until now there are no cons as per my experience, wherever there are areas of improvement the company grows and works on these areas

      The Design office is very nice

      Cons

      The Owner is all over the place, you will have to do all kinds of jobs not related to design or what you signed on for, cleaning toilets, lots of driving on your own dime, no real design work. Writing emails that are not your words. The Director was great and I learned a lot but I understand she left too. Most customers are dissatisfied
