ADVI has a very uncomfortable work environment and company culture with high staff turnover. Be prepared to be overworked, under appreciated, and at times disrespected
Small companies means you do a lot of the work and learn quickly
Cons
The teams are too small

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re proud of the growth we’ve experienced as a company, which, as you noted, has created opportunities for broader exposure and accelerated learning across the team. As with any growing organization, there are times when things can feel lean, but we have a clear plan to continue growing our teams as the business expands, adding the right people and capabilities along the way.
The firm is comprised of experts across healthcare sectors; we're all learning from each other as we deliver for clients. And we have fun while we do it. The work is rewarding, too - we're helping clients ensure access to care and treatments across oncology, Alzheimer's, rare diseases, etc.
Cons
We are generally at the mercy of our clients with regard to work life balance; there are occasional late nights when client emergencies pop up. But this is true of any consulting gig. And this issue has become much more manageable at ADVI as the firm has grown and we have more staff to pitch in when unexpected issues arise.
