      Flexible and Helpful Management / Work Life Balance

      Very flexible working environment. Own time own target on task deliveries. Overtime works are not recommended by Management but still compensated by company.

      Cons

      Salary growth are quite slow.

      - Healthy balance between work and life - Flexible working arrangement - Training opportunity abroad in HQ (Germany) - Non-hierarchical organization which means lesser turnaround time for decision making. - Good annual leave - You get Flexi-hours for OT

      Cons

      - Equally distributed bonus regardless of KPI - No AWS - Slow incoming of new projects - Time zone difference as some tasks required communication with colleagues at Germany
