Complimentary products, interesting brand, passionate employees

Cons

Poor leadership. Those in management positions are promoted despite unhappiness of those working under them. Feedback given during company surveys are not actioned upon. Company culture is diminishing with acquisition by L’Oreal.

No align for SM and their roster planning. Always putting operations first not their people, just to hit the recommended headcount.
