      Pros

      Literally no pros working in Singapore AGS.

      Cons

      Way too many to list! - uses abusive languages on employees - work according to his mood. If he has a bad day, you will be in deep soup even if you have done nothing wrong. - no democracy. Communist working environment - no employee welfare - egoistic manager - jumps to conclusion without hearing explanations. Death sentence given kind of finale. - abrupt jobs way too often as he is unable to organise and prioritise his work well enough - blame shifter - selective hearing, doing and seeing colleague

      Pros

      Very nice and kind colleagues.

      Cons

      No work life balance as turn over is really high within department as you take over files from leaving colleagues. Bad behaviour and always scrutinising your work by immediate superior. Immediate superior has trust issue and is a micromanager. More profits oriented then the mental well being of employees.
