Pros
Great culture and people. Friendly and supportive management. Really positive working environment. Loved working here. Top notch training. I worked for AIB for nearly 3 years and had a fantastic experience.
Cons
Awful salary, the worst- I was offered over 10k more in a rival bank for the same job and when I went to them about it they offered a slight increase but a total non offer. Not much room to move up- you tend to have to be actually performing the role for 6 months + before you are paid for it. The increment system they use for yearly salary increases is very subjective- ie depending on who does your review you could have very different grades and that could really effect your salary for the year.
