Pros
Good benefits, RRSPs. Values and vision are excellent.
Cons
Poor management at all levels. No room for advancement if there is a risk of out shining current management. Positions are created to keep friends of management employed. Good people and hardworkers are let go if they disagree with management. The mid to upper management don't seem to follow the vision and values of the company.
