Extremely understaffed and employees are overworked; all caused by bad management. A bunch of their old employees started leaving and the workload are pushed on to existing part time employees and unpaid interns.
Fair co-workers, access to a lot of industry opportunities that may otherwise be hard to receive. Ideas are taken seriously.

Severely understaffed, staff members are overworked and expected to handle numerous responsibilities outside of job description. Leadership has been verbally abusive, making a lot of employees uncomfortable. Lack of Human Resources also means that misbehavior is often overlooked.
