Happy hours & music festival passes to keep a carrot dangled in front of you
Cons
Very low pay for the scope of work, gives employees impressive titles, but refers to you as his "assistant" on the phone to clients. Makes inappropriate and sexual comments about female employees, clients, and colleagues, and management is not interested in furthering his knowledge in new marketing tactics.
