      Pros

      Small company that is going places. Management respect and acknowledge strong contributors to the company. Lots of opportunities to show off or to grow skills accordingly. Start-up mentality and all that that entails! Creating value for the company is rewarded and encouraged.

      Cons

      Very small team with a ad-hoc management style. Single point of failure in too many departments. Never really got over the start-up mentality.

      Pros

      AQ Metrics is a fantastic place to work, there are many reasons I enjoy working with this thriving successful company, to name a few...the management style is great, they understand the needs of the company as well as the needs of their staff, morale is very high among the staff here. There is great flexibility and trust in their workforce and this in turn motivates employees to always perform to their best ability, its a win win for everyone!
