      Pros

      Got to see a lot of decent cool stuff. Sales teams would routinely sell things outside of the standard and we would have to figure it out.

      Employee pricing for hardware Good Incentives Has a Gym on location Free Food Room Great Medical Insurance with Kaiser Permanente

      Cons

      Poor management (New manager knows nothing or how to run the business) Trained my Replacement (they are moving the company [Relyenz Support] to Irvine California and was forced to train the person replacing me before terminated) Low Pay (pay is insufficient for amount of work needed to be done) Too much on call ( was forced to work on call rotations between 2-3 weeks per month + 8 hours a day)

      Not everyone shares the same perspective. While I understands the concerns raised by this former employee, I don't think this perspective is shared by the people that have continued to work in this department. We have restructured our management team in this department and the feedback is favorable. Never the intent to move this department to Irvine. This is a low turnover department. People that have concerns about this review can always call our Human Resources Manager to discuss issues, concerns, or general questions.

      Relyenz Irvine, CA - A great place to work.

      Pros

      The staff and management went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provide sufficient training and resources to allow me the opportunity to learn and be better at my job. My co-workers were very knowledgeable and more than willing to collaborate on projects. Management (Michael Baum) was one of the best managers I've ever had. Super knowledgeable and always had time to guide and instruct. The team was always fun to work with. Snacks provided daily. Lunch provided every Wednesday. Pet friendly. (Mike has the most awesome girl Sephira) Access to detailed knowledge base. Comprehensive and detailed training program. Comfortable and relaxing working atmosphere. If you're new to IT or have years of experience, you are welcome here. The restructuring and expansion to the support team have worked well in my opinion and I am confident that Relyenz / Chartec / AARC will do very well.

      Cons

      There are no "Cons" to working here aside from personal drawbacks. 1) 1.5 hour drive in traffic. 2) The air conditioning sometimes worked too well. I don't have anything that I consider "Cons" to say here.
