      Fairly enough workload. Some departments have more workloads, but the overtime is paid well.

      There are some incompetent people in relatively high positions! Many complaints have been gathered about them, and the HR team is aware of this, but still, no effective action has been taken, resulting in several demotivated staff members and significant turnover.
