Great place to learn good engineering

Pros
Technically strong people; Great for learning proper engineering skills; Variety of projects and industries makes it interesting; Most of the time I was able to steer my job and career in the direction I wanted to and I was listened to by management in that regard; Lunch club - informal knowledge and experience sharing with free pizza.
Cons
Workload was unbalanced at times due to the nature of business;
