      Pros

      I have been employed with the company for several years and the team, vibe and energy is nothing short of phenomenal. We have tough days but most days it feels hoke and like you around people that genuinely love you and care for you. I call it home and my work family.

      Cons

      ASI is a highl performance culture business but if you are a hard worker you will rise to the top and be recognised instantly.

      Pros

      High paced personal growth, supporting management team, improved performance, adding value to client and making a difference in the community. Creativity, innovation and diversity are valued at ASI. Teamwork but personal performance is noticed and rewarded. Many group and culture activities. The management team is obsessed with building leaders, who build leaders. Transparent leadership and culture.

      Cons

      Some long work hours, but that is expected in a service business. You will be given growth opportunities and training, but you have to take initiative and also grow yourself.
