Pros

The biggest pro I can think of working with AURIC was the earning potential. If you work hard enough and are consistent with your daily contact entering and appointment setting, there's no way you won't make some pretty good money. The product is the best in it's class, it's innovative and everyone can afford it.The team is very helpful and responsive, there's always someone you can get a hold of if you have questions. They truly give you all the tools you need to succeed.

Cons

If you're new to sales then this might be a bit more difficult for you. I came in with 0 actual sales experience and I was still about to close a few deals relatively quickly after starting. My only issue is that I wasn't able to consistency close deals and that was because of my lack of discipline and simply not having the right attitude during some encounters. That inconsistency coupled with the commission only pay structure meant that I was running out of money quick. Make sure you have a bit of a cushion to fall back on if you do choose to work here having no experience. The bottom line still remains that it's not too hard of a product to sell. I didn't have the experience to know how to approach the different scenarios that arose while I was out there, but anyone with even a year of sales experience and the right mentality can do very well here. It's all about your own self management and desire to succeed.
