Pros
I was working in a project of this company named CRPTM . it was a startup , so we did get to learn a lot , as we are working on building this from scratch , and we get responsibility from the very beginning .
Cons
Low salary , Harsh expectations , they will keep wanting more and more from you . no time for personal life. heavy workload , have to work from 9-9 . sometime , still they don't show any appreciation. no extra activity no reimbursement for anything.
