      Poor corporate culture, very unfriendly work environment.

      Pros

      Compensation was OK, could be a little better. Office is OK but not great. Small gym and showers if you like to workout during lunch.

      Cons

      Located in a bad area, lots of crime. Cars get broken into often. Turnover is very high, very uncomfortable and hostile work environment. Corporate culture and values are completely missing. The people in general are very impersonal and tend to be mean spirited or distant. Management is awful and corrupt. Company is driven by fear, management will broadcast why they fired someone to all employees against any known business ethics let alone state or federal laws. Employee privacy does not exist.

      Pros

      Generous compensation/benefits package. Announcement of month ending sales numbers delivered in a positive way even if numbers were not high. Direct manager did good job of giving "props" and positive reinforcement.

      Cons

      Almost zero communication between departments. Berating employees results in low moral. Business processes change too frequently. Favoritism was prevalent.

      Loved working for Tony Coleman. Great man that cares deeply about his employees and customers.

      Cons

      Environment that was hampered by the Covid-19 situation. Impacted our client base which impacted the number of employee's that were needed.
