Good pay structure and sales staff have enough time to undertake customer visits and marketing activities

Cons

Extremely high targets and short timelines and unrealistic expectations beyond staff ability to control third party factors such as mortgages pending at lands and on making 4 mortgage disbursements a month to meet points target.
