Flexible working, Products discount and occasional perks.
Cons
Lack of genuine empathy, unwillingness to reflect, and a tendency to deflect rather than listen. Hierarchy was prioritized over collaboration, and differing opinions were often shut down rather than heard.

The people are wonderful to work with. The company has grown rapidly and has maintained an incredible culture. It is a busy place to work, but you have full autonomy of your area. Recommend if you're a self-starter.

You have to be a real self-starter to thrive at Absolute Collagen - its incredibly rewarding if you are.
